Flying with the birds

This photo was taken from Newburyport (Massachusetts) waterfront on Sunday. A couple of people were feeding the seagulls with big hunks of bread. The seagulls feeding method was to swoop down and pick up the bread in mid-air. The birds got to within a few feet, giving a perfect photo opportunity.
