OK, you probably wouldn't want to take lots of photographs like the one above, but you'd amazed at how professional the results turn out using a homemade lightbox. The above photo is my first and only try at the technique.

A lightbox is simple to make (15 minutes) and made from a cardboard box and a few sheets of paper.

If it turns out not to be outdoor photgraphy weather this weekend, why not try building one and experimenting.
